    Probation transfer
    My fiancé is and ct but trying to transfer to ks he put his request in. He only has10 months lft.. he has no re arrest never had no fail u.a did all his program.. but the about to be homeless there.. he is on my lease now.. he po said the put in a speedy transfer is that even possible? And how do the come together to make that decision

    Sending state approves, paper work is sent to receiving state. They approve and return paper work.

    How long did PO say it should take. 30 to 60 days is a normal time

    His p.o said that he put in a speedy transfer it will.take a week to hear back.. if they denied it we will still have the 45 days to do the investigation
