    Is a real estate broker contract binding if not signed by all sellers of the property

    Broker contracts normally provide that if the property is sold the broker gets a commission. So all of the owners would have to agree to the sale. If they do, the chances are good that the broker will be entitled to the commission, by agency theory: the other owners being agents of the owners who did sign the contract.
