I had my tubes cut and tied 5 years ago with the birth of my third child. I am currently 4 days late and have what feels like pressure in my stomach. I feel that I am tired a lot. If I sit for an extended amount of time I become very uncomfortable with the pressure on my stomach.

Unlikely that you're pregnant after having your tubes cut and tied, but it has happened, so there is a possibility.

Four days late is nothing, it's not even considered late. A late period can happen for many different reasons, stress, weight loss, weight gain, illness, medication, diet, exercise, etc. etc. Wait another 10 days, if you don't get your period try taking a pregnancy test with first morning urine.
