    Could I be pregnant?
Had unprotected sex with my boyfriend. Had my October period from 14th - 19th, 2013. The 19th which was the last day of my period. Then we had sex again on November 1st, 6th, 7th, 9th, and 10th of 2013. We had unprotected sex, I'm not using any birth control, we used the withdrawal method and I was supposed to start my period the 11th of November 2013 and now I'm almost two days late.

I've had some pinching feelings in my lower stomach around the ovaries" feels like I've had headache, backache, nausea, food cravings, constipation, and white discharge more then usual. My breast are sore on the sides, and feel full.

    Can someone help me please?

Withdraw is the least effective means of "birth control". With the frequency and method you could easily be pregnant. If you plan on frequent intercourse, as it appears, you should consider much better protective measures.

ANY time there is penile insertion there is the risk of pregnancy. As noted, the withdrawal method is the least effective form of birth control.

However, it is too early for any pregnancy symptoms to manifest themselves. You need to wait until about 2 weeks past your due date to start testing.

Two days late isn't significant. When you're two weeks late then you take your home pregnancy test.

The problem with trying to identify a pregnancy with the symptoms you provided is that most of them come later in the pregnancy. What you describe could be a hormone spike associated with PMS. Could be stress that is doing it as well. Could just be a cold or infection that is throwing your cycle off.

The point is, the only really reliable symptom of pregnancy is a missed period.

Are you trying for children? If not, then I would rethink your method's of birth control.
