    How much to charge to clean a new apartment complex building, apartments, common area
    Hello all. I ve been a fan of this page forever, but today I do want to ask since this is a new business opportunity for me and I really want to make it work.

    I have been invited to bid on a new apartment complex cleaning, it would only be the last phase of the cleaning before the apartments get leased.

    It is a complex of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, ranging from 714 to 1103 sq feet per apartment depeding on number of bedrooms, the 2 bd have 2 baths.

    We will also be cleaning 19 corridors and 2 machine rooms.

    It is a total of 90+ apartments.

    These are brand new...

    Anyone that could give me their personal input and ideas on how much to charge on the bid?
