    Infected tooth
    I have a filling that fell out of a molar and got infected my whoke face is swollen and I have been on antibiotics for 2 days and am still in a lot if pain how long does it usually take before I will start feeling better?

    Have you seem a dentist? Did they repair the tooth or make recomendations?

    I can't get in to see the dentist until the end of the month but I have been taking antibiotics for 2 days now and I am still in a lot of pain

    They have to control the infection with antibiotics before working on the tooth. Is the antibiotic on for seven days?

    Please askthe dentist what you can take in the way of an anti inflammatory to lessen the discomfort.
