    Early termination motion

    Talk to your PO. He/She can guide you. May need an attorney. If moving, may be able to transfer to another jurisdiction.

    Hello d:

    Write a letter. Send it certified, return receipt requested, and send a copy to the prosecutor and your PO. The court is BOUND by law to consider your letter to BE a motion.
