There's no form of birth control that's 100%, so even if you're using a morning after type medication to prevent pregnancy, pregnancy can still happen. These medications can also throw off your period, so 3 days late after taking this pill is not uncommon.

Wait for your next cycle and see what happens. If you still haven't gotten a period try testing with first morning urine. If that test is negative wait for your next cycle and test again if you miss it, or get a blood test.
