    How do I stop thinking about him?
    My boyfriend broke up with me. I am devastated. I love him so much. I can't focus on anything. He is always in my thoughts. I can't live without him. I cry everyday. I even think about suicide. How do I stop thinking about him?

    You stop making someone else the center of your existence... you focus on life... like most other people do.

    Anyone else... (except maybe a child) should not be the sole reason you exist... because trust me... that will wear off then what have you got?

    Perhaps its time to see a therapist... who can help you see the right way to proceed with your life.

    Start something new. Maybe a new hobby for you to meet someone new! Good luck. Don't hurt yourself. It's not worth it
