Door leaks when it's windy and raining.
Non sliding metal and heavy glass door that leads to an outdoor patio in a condo building, lets in a lot of rain when it is raining and windy. I had the door recaulked twice but the rain is still coming in and damaged the floor. Is there a checklist of things to look at one at a time in order to make this stop?

No check list. If this is not a sliding patio door but a swinging door, there should be weather striping on the bottom of the door to seal against threshold. Use a hose to spray water, starting at the sill and threshold to determine where water is coming in. Then take corrective action.

See if the threshold is adjustable. They also make a weatherstrips for bottoms. If coming in the sides, try to move the lockplate in more. Where did you caulk?
