    Blown circuit board
    90% Day or Night furnace, had a board go out. Sometimes they do...
    Went to replace the board, and as soon as the door switch closed, the new board blew up. Any thoughts where to look for the fault?

    You need to check incoming power. Sounds like you may be getting incorrect voltage.
