    Section 380 cap 224 lightest sentence is fine? need to go jail?
    Id charge under secIf charge under section 380 Cap224, what are the lightest sentence a person will get? And if judge want to put you in the jail, the maximum is how long?

    A lot depends on what the DA goes after... and what the judge decides... your criminal record if you have one heavily influences this.

    A lot also depends on what country and state this happened in, being this is an international site where English speaking people might be posting from almost any country on the planet.
