    Pregnant?
My fiancé and I have had a few.. slip ups the past few times we've had sex. He ejaculated inside me for just a sec before pulling out. I am on the depo shot, have been for about two years now and we've never had a scare although, if we did get pregnant neither of us would be worried or upset. For about two weeks now I have felt just a little off. I've had more vaginal discharge than usual, kind of milky, and I've had cramps that felt like I was going to start my period, but I haven't had a period in almost a year. I'm not sure if this is all in my head because he ejaculated in me, or if I'm just experiencing some sort of hormonal imbalance. Any advice will help, thanks.

So.. I assume you are trying to get pregnant... that's why people have unprotected sex.

Since nobody ever told you before... he doesn't have to ejaculate to make you pregnant... it only increases the odds a lot.

Treat it like a leaking garden hose.

You have to wait until you are two weeks late for your period... there are no other symptoms early in pregnancy despite the false information you might hear.

Taking the test any earlier means a negative result will be inconclusive.

You must do it right after you wake up... the first time you pee that moring... or you must wait until the next day.

We have unprotected sex because we are OK if pregnancy occurs, we are not planning for anything. I also have not had a period because of the Depo shot in a year, so that makes waiting for a missed period difficult.

You shouldn't be pregnant, the depo shot is good at making sure that you're not. The cramping... I am not sure. That is confusing. The discharge is normal, or near normal.

I missed that part on the depo shot when I read it through the first time... while that isn't 100% effective... it does significantly reduce the chances.

Thanks. I know I shouldn't be, it's just that these are very unusual symptoms for me and I try to pay close attention to my body. The cramps have been really throwing me off, its an almost constant pain. I've had cysts before, but this just feels different.

One thing you will learn as you get older... unusual things are going to happen at times in your life... one thing you can count on... no woman is as regular as the earths orbit. Even women who are blessed with being relatively regular will have periods from time to time when they aren't... its never if... but when it will happen.
