    Daughters addiction to OC
I just found out my daughter is addicted to oxycotin. At this point rehab is not an option. What should I do to help? Where should I start?

I wish I knew why rehab was not an option, but depending on her age I would start with where she is getting the drug from. Is it a perscription, or is she buying them from a street dealer. If she is an adult, your options are limited.

Rehab Is Probably Not An Option Beacause That Person Has To Want To Go.
The First Thing Is Do Not Enable Her. If She Is Sick And Going Trough Withdrawals Let Her Be Sick. You Have To Even Though Its Hard Seeing Her That Way. Also I Think You Should Not Allow Her To Live With You If She Does. Do Not Support Her In Any Way While She Is Using Drugs And Let Her Know You Are There For Her If She Dicides To Get Clean. Also If Money Is An Issue For The Rehab There are A lot Of Government Funded Rehab Programs. If You Want More Input Feel Free To Ask. I Myself Use To Be An Addict And That Is A Drug That I Use To Do Along With Others. It Is Harder Being On The Other Side Watching Someone You Love Do This To Themselves As For My Sister And Mother Are Also Drug Addicts. I Hope Your Daughter Can Overcome This Addiction. You Could Also Try Going To Some N/a Meeting To Get Some Advise. You May Then Be Able To Understand Addictions Better.

always_hot can you list some Government Funded Rehab Programs?
I have never heard of any, but in my town all that is offered is a methadone clinic and here is no help there.
Also, I have heard of people dying from oxycotin withdrawal. It can be a terrible thing.
