    Carrier ac unit
my carrier unit is making a noise every few minutes. It is not frozen or leaking. I have switched the outside breaker off and then back on. Air is flowing in the house but is not cooling house off. Just a little cool air. The outside fan is working. What is making the noise and preventing unit from cooling house?
