    State of Indiana
    I have paid all my probation and court fees I have made a small portion of my restitution fees and have to go back to court I have already been given an extension on the restitution part what happens now that I was unable to keep paying on the restitution fees it was 4,500 now it's down to 3,500?

    Hello A:

    If you've made a good faith effort, they SHOULD let you off probation and convert the criminal order to a civil order.
