    Bloating stomach chills hungry hot flashes pain nasea tired gas within body
    My stomach is hurting before and after I eat. Im always hungry. My food tastes better then ever. Im gaining weight. Hot flashes, chills, pain in stomach gas in body not out of body. nasea and tired. What on earth could be my problem..

    Gender? Age? Country? History? Medications or supplements?
    Even so, your symptoms are too vague to guess at a condition. You'll have to see a doctor.
