Heat pump AC works but not heat
We turned on our heat pump for the first time this heating season. For some reason the air handler works in "on" and "circ" mode but not in "auto". The heat pump does not start at all in heat mode. The heat pump will however start in AC mode. HELP!

I have a new Rheem heat pump. The cooling works fine but won't blow hot air in HEAT setting. I have reset the breakers for heat pump and air handler, changed filters and pulled batteries and reset the Braeburn 3000 thermostat. Still blows cold... Any other suggestions?
