I had unprotected sex 1 day after my period. I took I Pill (Contraceptive pill) one hour after having sex. But One week after this I am bleeding. So Is there any chance of getting pregnant?

The iPill isn't guaranteed effective, but you took it within the prescribed time. The problem is that it will muck around with your system something fierce. So what you could be seeing is a period with that you have built up. Might not be as heavy, but with will be there.

Better birth control methods are available than the IPill, preventative methods instead of post coitus methods. I just have to throw that out there because the iPill is a harsh method of preventing pregnancy.

Things might be wonky, but if you miss your period then you'll need to do a HPT. The best time to do it is 2 weeks after your missed period. Note that your timing might be off too. A lot of maybes but that is the nature of the game.

Irregular bleeding may happen after taking I-pill. If this bleeding does not stop or gets heavy then better you see a doctor
