    What size service feed to 3 meter, 1 @ 200 and 2 @ 100
    what size service entrance wire is required to feed 1 -200 amd and 2-100 amp meters ?

    You need to perform load calculations before you look up the conductors...
    Are you an electrician? Are you estimating or do you plan to implement this design?

    If the feed is from the POCO to the meter, then the Utility company will determine the cable size.

    If the feed is from the meter to the panelboard, your licensed electrician will make that determination.

    Sometimes we spec the cables from a pole or xfmr to the meters...
    but there are a few different ways to go depending on load and location.
