Am I able to get pregnant?
My ultrasound says "within both ovaries are multiple small subcapsular follicles each measuring less than 1 cm surrounding a central echodense stroma suggestive of bilateral polycystic ovaries(vol.=12.3ml).

What does it means? Am I able to get pregnant? Doctor suggest I take oral contraceptive/anti-androgen.

Most likely yes. It will just be harder. Are you wanting to become pregnant? If so you might want to ask about an alternative to the oral contraceptive.
