    Do I have a felony?
    I was arrested before it was my first time but one of the lad tome I wwould be leaving with a felony but never gave me a ticket or date to court so I'm not sure if I have of felony on my record

    Most likely no, you did not say where this is ? But you have to be convicted to have a felony on your record, if you were not ordered to go to court, then no

    I was arrested in san diego ca was not giving any paper work at all and only was arrested for a few hours and they took my finger print
