Hot water heater cut off valve issues
Problem: changed the cut off valve (cold Side) twice on my HW heater. Ball and gate valve. Water still comes out of my faucets strong. Added a cutoff to the hot water side. Turned off one then the other then both. Let water run for 15 minutes, still strong pressure. Have never seen anything like this. Any ideals?
