    immigration questions
    I have entered the US twice, in one year, I had asked for an extension which was approved, and I left last week when my I-94 was expiring. I would like to return to be with my mother due to sickness. What are the possibilities of entering again without difficulties?

    What is I-539 approval date, and when did you leave, etc.
