    I haven't menstruated in 3 years I'm 43 and now I'm having my menstrual 2 times...

    This could be serious and you need to be seen ASAP.
    If you can go to a day walk in clinic, that's best.
    The brown color isn't serious; it's the heavy bleeding years after you stopped menstruating.
