Toilet takes two flushes every time!
    1. The water level in the bowl is very low before the first flush and bubbles a little when the first flush is made.

    2. After the 1st flush the water level is much higher in the bowl.

    3. Works great on the second flush EVERY TIME!

PLEASE HELP... is it a clog?

Hi Taylre20 Lift the lid to the tank and see if the white (or black) plastic tube that goes from the fill valve is inserted into or at least connected to the overflow pipe in the center of the tank. If the tube is not directing water into the overflow pipe after you flush the toilet then connect the tube so that it does send water into the overflow pipe when the toilet is flushed... should resolve the issue!

If that is not the issue at hand, report back with your results and we'll see what else we can think of, OK?
