    Felony probation violation
    Ive been on agg robbery probation for almost 3 yrs on a 10 yr sentence. In the past 6 months I went to jail for PUblic intoxication failed a Marijuana UA and admitted to using marijuana after that. Ive been working steady and providing for my 3 kids. I am also married 4 months. I just got biolated. I have begun taking na aa meetings on my own. Any help?

    The best lawyer you can get to be at the hearing, and have an attorney before you admit to drug use, next time.

    If violated, and held in jail till a hearing, will you get to keep your job ?
