My period ended about less than a week ago for the month and some pregnancy symptoms are present. Fatigue, gas, headaches, nausea, cramps, body aches, back pains, bloating, and spotting are all symptoms I have been experiencing. Is it possible I could be pregnant although sexual activity has not taken place since my recent period ended?

It is not very likely. And I don't want to sound badly, but those types of "signs" are not all pregnancy signs, and the other ones are signs you would have in the 3rd or 4th month, not at a few weeks.

Having the regular period is really a sure sign you are not. You can wait till next month and see if you get that period or not.
