    What can you get on a 3rd dui on house arrest
    My boyfriend is on house arrest and got another public intoxication charge what will they give him this would be his 3rd offense and first house arrest violation

    Most likely he will go to serve all of the house arrest time in the jail. ( or prison, depending on how long sentence it was)
