Do studa vents become clogged?
I am living in a travel trailer. My toilet bubbles when I put a gallon of water down the sink drain and/or tub. Black water has backed up into the tub. Any suggestions?

Its Studor and yes they can fail. They can slowly plug up with hair, grease and lint. Try removing the cap portion to see if your drain works better. Easy to replace Studor Mini-Vent - Air Admittance Valve - YouTube

Like Ballengerb1 said, studor vents are usually pretty easily replaced (usually just screw in/out), so just replace it if you think you need it.
With that being said, it sounds like your main drain is blocked up to me (that or the collection basin you are on is full) and the drain(s) need to be snaked to clear the blockage.
Questions? Let us know, OK?

Well, I checked the vents and all are working OK. I took them off and ran water through with no change in the drain. There is not a clog in the toilet as I replaced the wax ring last night. I used a plunger and that seemed to pull stuff up not push it through.
Any thoughts?

Make sure that the connection from your travel trailer to the collection basin is not bent (if you have a flexible connector), and if that is OK and the collection basin is not full you probably need to rent a snake from a tool rental store (get leather gloves and safety goggles, too) and snake the drain to the collection basin.
Look under the trailer for a cleanout and see if you are blocked up to that point... if so, snake from the cleanout to the collection basin. If no clog at the cleanout (if present) then you can either snake from the travel trailer vent or pull the toilet and snake the drain through that large pipe.
