    Moving In With My Dad
Okay so my mom and I have been fighting a lot. I'm 16 years old, and she has custody of me. My dad has partial. Every other weekend and 2 weeks in the summer. I was wondering if legally I could move in with my father. I've talked to him about it and said I could. I'm wondering if legally I can. Neither of them want to go to court because it is too expensive. Legally since I'm 16 can I just go?

You can move in with your dad after he goes to court to change the custody order.
