My period was 8 or 9 days late. When it finally came it started really light then heavy for about an hour then light again. I've been cramping very bad, I've also had a bunch of pregnancy symptoms. Could I be pregnant? Somebody please help me!

Sure you could be... well, I mean, you could be if you had sex... I assume you did.

Now the question isn't really 'could you be" but "are you"... We don't know. If you don't know, we surely don't know. We haven't examined you. We haven't given you a pregnancy test. We don't even know you.

So if you think you're pregnant, you will need to wait until you miss a period... then take a test... or you could head to the doctor and have them test you.

If you've had sex, pregnancy is possible. But, if you have a period, you're not pregnant.

Some women do experience bleeding during pregnancy, but there's no way to tell you if the bleeding you're experiencing is or isn't your period. It's very possible you're just having an off month.

Bottom line, pregnancy can only be diagnosed with urine, blood, or an ultrasound in later pregnancy. We don't have access to any of those, so we really can't tell you if you're pregnant or not.

You'll have to wait, and test. Wait until your period would have been 2 weeks late, then test with first morning urine. If that test is negative, wait and see what happens with your next period. If you miss it, test again or get a blood test done.

I haven't taking a pregnancy test , but I've done a homeade bleach pregnancy test it came up like it would for a positive it foamed all the way up to the top of the cup and I was wondering if it is actaully accurate?

LMAO! Wow, people actually fall for those things?

A bleach pregnancy test is useless. It can't detect pregnancy. You may as well pray to the Goddess Sheba and ask her if you're pregnant. She'll let you know by turning your tap water purple.

The only ways to detect pregnancy are with a urine pregnancy test, a blood test for pregnancy at a doctors office, or an ultrasound in later pregnancy. Bleach doesn't work, lysol doesn't work, and Sheba doesn't work. The three I posted are the only ways.

Google it. Someone actually posted that you can check for pregnancy using bleach. It's a bunch of bull. Sadly many people are falling for it. After all, it's on the internet so it must be true!

What I find really funny, you can buy a pregnancy test at a dollar store for a dollar. A container of bleach costs at least $3.

Underage kids and people that are scared of their parents finding out they're pregnant probably have bleach laying around the house.

True. But there's nothing about bleach that can detect the hcg hormone, which is how pregnancy is diagnosed with any test other than an ultrasound.

The bleach thing is a joke. It's probably written by the same people that posted that you should give your dog a gallon of bleach to cure parvo. Ya, if you want to kill your dog, give it bleach. Bleach does kill the parvo virus around your home, but not in your dog. It would kill the dog.

No. Once you're pregnant your periods will stop.

It is possible to have bleeding during pregnancy, and some women do mistake that bleeding for a period. But you will not have a period once you're pregnant.

Actually, yes, it does matter. There are site rules against opening numerous threads related to one subject that was already asked and answered.

From what I've read, you've been told this bleach test you used isn't accurate. So, wait until you're 14 days late and buy a pregnancy test for a dollar. Use the first urine of the morning. (All told to you already.)

I understand that the bleach test don't work , But I don't like how some people have to be rude about stuff you ask all I want is a answer not to be answered like I'm stupid
