Are you sexually active? If so, what sort of protection are you using? How late is your period, you state it didn't come in September. It's the beginning of October, if it was due at the end of September you're really not that late. So how late is your period?

You could be pregnant, you could be sick, we can't tell you. There's no way to diagnose online. You posted this in the pregnancy forum, so I'm guessing you think you may be pregnant. If that's the case, wait until your period is at least 2 weeks late, then test using first morning urine. If that test is negative, wait and see what happens with your next period. If you miss it, test again or get a blood test.
