Medieval fiction, written in late 1900's, female author
Stepbrother marries her to old man for gain, he captures blonde man at water fountain to consummate her marriage, prisoner in chains. He is a lord who captures her, chains her to his bed as he was done, later she is imprisoned, released or escapes and returns to her castle - pregnant. Her stepbrother and the blonde lord fight on top of castle and she is knocked down hole but stepbrother saves her at risk of his own life.
