    Tenant problems
I lease optioned a house to someone and they did not keep up their part of the agreement, they didn't pay rent. I served them several 3 day notices. They agreed to move, but didn't. The house went to foreclosure, I was able to do a short sale and I have now sold the house escrow is about to close. She signed a note 1 1/2 weeks ago stated that she would be out last Saturday. Today she is still there. What am I going to do? Escrow closes next weeK.

    Hello ren:

If she's not out by closing, your seller can walk away. You don't have time for a legal eviction. Offer her money.
