We've been dating/seeing each other for almost 4 months now. I used to work with her on a daily basis, but then transferred to another city only 30 minutes away. But I still see her 1-2 times a week. I can always tell she likes me by the way she smiles when I unexpectily show up, by the way she walks away and struts herself, and by the way she always calls me and never seems to want to hang up the phone. Since I've moved, I have purposely dated about 2 girls 3 times each. I had a lot of fun but nothing like the connections that I have with this girl.

She says that she doesn't want to get serious because she goes to school and work full time. Sometimes I think its because my parents are the head managers at this facility still, and maybe she might think that if she were to ever break my heart my parents would fire her, which they would never do in a life time.

So with the things mentioned above, how can I tell her that I like her and would like more serious dating without taking up her time that she so much values at school and work and without making her upset to the point she never wants to see me again?? Please help, I really like her and wish not to have her slip through my fingers. Any help at all is much appreciated.

Tell her what you said to us in that last paragraph! Be honest and tell her you really don't want to let her slip through your fingers because you care for her so much. Just tell her, she won't hate you!

I think the honest approach you have laid out in your post would work just fine. Go for it.
