    Child support
    If someone is on probation at his job could that person can get fired because of child support

    Would this be in reference to being arrears... or the simple fact one owes it?

    Theoretically a company cannot fire an employee over a garnishment. But employers do not like garnishments and my trump up an excuse to fire a probationary employee.
