    Chest pains
    Im having pains with my chest and its making me have some breathing problems. I di have a cold but it fill like something is blocking my air hole.I been spitting and blowing my nose and its clear both so easy could be wrong

    Many things could be wrong. Tomorrow is Monday. See your doctor. If you can't get in to your doctor, go to the ER. Chest pain and difficulty breathing is a medical emergency.
