    John Deere L110 won't start!!
I have a John Deere L110. The other day, I started it and backed it out of the garage. I turned it off to fill it up with gas and then it would not start. Not even clicking, so I jumped it and it started so I assumed the battery needed replacing. I started mowing and noticed that the backup switch did not work. I continued mowing. About half an hour later it died. It wouldn't start again, no clicking or anything. I pushed it back to the front of house and tried jumping again. It just turned and turned but never started like it wasn't even trying to spark. I replaced the fuel filter, and removed the gas line going into the carb. When I try to start with the hose off, gas shoots out of the fuel line so I figured the fuel pump was OK. By the way, I also replaced the battery. I noticed that the hour display is always on now also. Does this seem like an electrical problem or a carb problem?

    Thanks,

    Tony
