    D. On 4 May an agreement was reached with Snack-Bars Limited, allowing that company to sell refreshments at the track in return for 10 percent of the gross receipts from refreshment sales.

    What is your question?

    A, B, and C require journal entries and adjusting entries.

    For C you will have to calculate the amount of total cash is used on each racing day times number of racing days in May.
