I had unprotected sex on the first and fourth day of my fertile window which was sept 19th and 22nd also had sex on the day I ovulate which was sept 24th about 12am. Today I used the restroom and when I wiped there was some blood mixed with this clear slimy discharge on the toilet paper. I just took a shower and its still the same thing. The blood looks like small clots with the discharge mixed with it. Does this has to do with possibly being pregnant.

Is your period due? It could be your period starting. It could be spotting. It could be an infection. It could be a wound. It could be any number of things.

The only way to diagnose pregnancy is with a urine test, a blood test, or an ultrasound in later pregnancy. Spotting with mucous has a number of other explanations, and cannot be used to diagnose a possible pregnancy.

Having said that, you had sex, you're obviously trying to conceive, so of course there's a chance that you're pregnant. You'll have to wait until your period is at least 2 weeks late, then test using first morning urine.

It can mean pregnancy or just mean nothing, there is no sure sign of pregnancy without testing. I will assume you are trying to get pregnant and are using a ovulation test kit to properly known your fertile times.

So yes this could be, now it is a waiting game, before you can test.
