If you have bras that are waaaaaaaaaaaay too small then yeah sounds like you need new bras. Tell your mom you need to get new undergarments. When she takes you start picking out styles you like. If she wants you to keep wearing training bras but you've out grown them see if there is a sales lady in that department that can help you.

It really depends. Where are the training bras too tight? Around your rib cage, or your chest? If it's around your ribs, that just means that you need a larger training bra. If it's your chest, you may need an actual bra.

Your mom obviously bought you a training bra, so that tell me that she's very aware of what you do and don't need. If you needed a cupped bra, she would likely take you to get one. But tell her that your training bras are too tight, and ask her if she thinks you need a cupped bra.
