Yes, you could be pregnant. However, it may be too early for an accurate home pregnancy test result.
It may also just be an off month. An 'abnormal' period can be caused by other factors than pregnancy. High/prolonged stress, extreme diet changes, medical issues and medications, or just a fluctuation in hormone levels are a few other causes.
If you are pregnant, bleeding does not necessarily mean you are miscarrying. Some women experience bleeding that can seem like an abnormal period. I did for the first four months of my pregnancy with my son. I didn't miscarry and he was fine.
I will add that you might want to make a doctor's appointment to discuss birth control options if you are not trying to conceive or what you can do to increase the odds of a healthy pregnancy if you are. You could also find out there if you already are and what your options are.
