    There are too many different types of toilet shutoffs to help with so little information.

    Accor, makes them, push on. Guess I turn them counter clockwise while pulling. Not sure, any insight?

    You made a second post clarifying. Just add to this post and not another. You Tube shows them twisting off but by more than 1/4 turn. Picture showed twisting to left and pulling. Came off in about 4-5 turns.
