    There's really no way to tell you if you'll pass or fail. Most experts say it takes 60 hours for alcohol to leave your system. Some say it's even longer than that. So at 44 hours you would be below that, and will likely fail. But it really depends on your metabolism, your sex, your height, your weight, your body. No one can accurately determine, even with those factors, if you'll pass or not.

    What do you stand to lose if you fail?
