    Water shut off by city
    I hwve someone who just mocved in about 2 weeks now on Monday the men working outside state that there is a pipe inder the house that is broken and needs repair they had to shut the water off to fix it or else the water bill will be sky high... have to get a permit and won't start to fix until Wednesday.. landlord states nonknowledge there was an issue... who shoukd pay water bill up to the moment of the pipe being fixed and can they be compensated for the water they had to purchase.. . or accommodated with alternative living arrqngements?
