    My brother was in probation and he is a drug user. He did not go back to see the parole officer, but he went to a rehab and he came back. Right now is not using drugs, but he has a warranty. He is working right now and he wants to call his parole officer. He wants go to the parole office and explain and he wants to clean his record. Is there any probability to go to jail again because the violation?

    Oh, he'll go to jail. It's just a matter of how long. If they CATCH him, it'll be a LOT longer.. IF he goes in, it might only be a few days.
