Is 50 mg of atenolol an overdose when you usually take 25?
I usually take 25 mg atenolol each night along with a diuretic. I accidentally took it twice tonight and a .5 Xanax along with the second dose. Can this harm me?

Given that the standard starting dose is 50 mg, I wouldn't worry about 1 time. You'd be dizzy or faint or have irregular heartbeats.
