So for about 3 weeks I've been having stomach pain and backache I was a few days late on my period so I took 2 pregnancy tests and they were negative so I went to the doctors and they did blood tests and a pregnancy test so I'm just waiting for my results! But on Saturday I had really painful low stomach cramps and a blood clot came out as I went to the toilet, and there was bits of blood on the tissue when I wiped, I thought it may just be my period so I put a tampon in and it hurt like hell, when I took tampon out 2 hours later there was small spots of blood so I put a pad on instead and there was no blood on it! In the middle of the night I woke up because I had extremely bad stomach cramp low down and There was a puddle of blood in my bed so I went to the toilet a bigger blood clot came out then lots of bright red blood! I've continued to bleed from then it is still bright red but not lots of it and looks nothing like my usually period and I am never in pain with my periods! Could I have been pregnant and this is a miscarriage or? Can anyone solve my problem or relate to it?
