Due to there being hair loss, my first guess would be mange.

But because we're dealing with skin, it could be anything from mange mites to skin allergies to low thyroid.

You should take your pup to the vet to see what's going on. And because hair loss is not an emergency, you can wait until next week instead of paying the high emergency vet costs.

If it is mange you need to be on top of taking care of it asap. My friend was ordered by the humane society to put his pit to sleep because they could not get it under control.

I have actually send her to the vet twice but no progress at all. I was thinking of changing to another vet.

The first vet said that she have fungal infection.

And the other vet said that she is allergy to food and recommend me to change her food to a salmon diet.. and I did and after 2 week her hair loss condition get worst.. .

My dog had that problem and my farmer friend told me that it could be caused by too high of protein. So I got dog food that was under 21% protein and started giving her omega fatty acid. Worked for her, but I don't know if it will work for your dog.
